Dear Friends,
It has been a while since I connected with all of you in this way. However, I am always feeling connected to you without the need for words or physical connection. We all have the ability to tap into the stream of life, of consciousness that KNOWS no bounds. We can be with anyone, anything, anywhere at any time. This wonderful connection is what allows me to work with another person over the phone, in another state, or country. And this connection allows me to send loving, healing support without even talking to a person. I can tap into their energy to feel and know what they are needing. We all have this ability and it gets stronger as we play in this arena of life and is so much fun!!
Recently I had spent a lovely afternoon down by the water with my dogs. I felt peaceful and very much connected to my animals, the water and the people around me. As I was driving home, I felt this KNOWING come over me. I am not talking about knowing in small letters, I am talking about the KNOWING that is deeper than what our mind tells us we know, or our heads tell us we know. It was a deep profound KNOWING that I am not only connected to source energy but that I AM source energy. It was a feeling that I was a cell in the body of God, connected to all of these other cells, meaning you and all other creatures on this earth and beyond.
I KNEW for that moment of time that there was no separation and that WE are all God (source energy, life force, whatever you want to call this all encompassing field of energy), experiencing itself in infinite ways for the delight of purely experiencing. It seemed silly all of a sudden to have any judgments or criticisms towards anyone or anything as we are all part of the same being having different experiences for the delight of just having them. And I also became acutely aware that as cells of God we have access to that ultimate healing energy that is God, that is universal love, at any time. And as this source we can flow energy to create harmony and coherency or we can forget who we are and stop the flow of this energy, creating dis-ease and dis-harmony. This is when cancer, illness and injuries happen. But the good news is, that once we REMEMBER who we are, we can come back into the wholeness of that state of being and BE WELL once again.
Years ago, I had another deep and profound connection while walking at the beach. I had taken a few months off from working and felt very peaceful. I was going down to the park/beach 2-3 times a day during this time. All of a sudden, on one of my walks the veil lifted again, and I saw/felt/heard experienced the rocks on the beach chattering away. It was one of the most exciting, delightful experiences of my life at that time. And let me tell you, those rocks had a lot to say and they were so joyful!! Before having this experience, I always felt a profound connection with all of these beings. However, after that experience with the rocks, I KNEW, they were “conscious” and so much more than these beautiful hard lumps of material.
My hope for all of you is that when you have those moments of KNOWING, as I KNOW, you all do, that you take these moments of KNOWING to heart, acknowledge them and trust that you are the divine experiencing the divine! If I were to have said to myself, “Oh my, I am losing my marbles, rocks talking, geez..I’m not going to tell anybody about this, they’ll think I’m a weirdo and want to send me to the mental hospital”, then I would have lost out big time!! And I would not be sharing this with you now. Perhaps some of you right now reading this are thinking I’m a little weird or maybe even a lot weird and that is okay. It is fine to be skeptical as well, this is just another experience. However, I would encourage you to try to stay open minded. Because when you are open and allowing, you too will have more of these kinds of experiences. And once you do, then life truly becomes miraculous, exciting and delightful!!
